Full-Time Hire

This is a very popular option with our clients as it provides maximum project control. You need the experts in place; we lease them to you, for the entire execution of the project. They work with you, and communicate directly with you.

Part-Time Hire

This works in the same way as the full time hire option, with the one difference being that you are provided with expert services for a maximum of 88 hours towards the completion of your project.

Hourly Hire

If you need help on a very small project then you can hire our experts on an hourly basis. You get the same attention to detail, and commitment to quality, as for any of our options.

This is an excellent model for you if you have an idea of what you want from the project, and want to use your time focusing on your core business instead of worrying about the details.

2. Fixed Price Offshore Provision

If you know exactly what you want your project to deliver then we can offer you this model, whereby we charge a fixed price for the running and completion of the entire project. You provide us with all your clear cut requirements, and we provide you with a detailed project strategy which we then execute, with your agreement.

We take responsibility for the allocation of tasks and keep you updated with regular project reviews. You know exactly where we are up to in the process and have a clear vision of what to expect from the finished result.

If you have a well-defined project, which requires delivery, this is an excellent model for you to choose.

3. Time and Material Offshore Provision

If you have a project to deliver, but you are unsure as to the level of time and resources required we can use this model to work with you in a flexible way. We consult with you regularly and update our knowledge of your requirements, in order to ensure that we provide the best possible use of resources. We monitor and review the project very tightly so that we ensure we provide the right end product for you.
